Edible Words is an online webinar platform. Our aim is to host online discussions that are accessible to the whole world. We will discuss various topics around food, trends, wellbeing etc, and welcome a panel of speakers each time. This concept is also here to support small businesses like ourselves, in this time of uncertainty where we can't host our usual events and run our business as we normally do..!

For this session, we're going to talk about what we can learn from East Asian food culture.
East Asian food culture is particularly interesting. The countries we want to focus on especially are: Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong and Thailand. From colourful and expressive food packaging, to street food markets, food texture and food diets, there is so much we can learn from this culture. Of course, each country also has their own culture so we'll cover some of these too!
