Intern responsibilities:

 

+ Studio Work

Assist with day-to-day studio tasks, research and social media.

Communication with potential clients and collaborations.

Contribute to content on Instagram and website upkeep.

Assist on responding to client briefs.

Business Development: working on brand image, new projects.

Marketing, Communication, PR: media relations, event promotion, partnership & sponsorship, potential clients etc.

 

+ Research and Creative Thinking

Assist on brainstorming & creating concepts for client briefs.

Create visual mood boards and inspirational content.

 

Crème zine: research interesting topics, new articles to write, contribute to Monday meets Food Design, find people to interview for Table Talks etc.

 

One day a week the intern will be requested to plan a discovery day, heading out to visit exhibitions, inspiring spaces and events around the city and report on their day.

 

+ Event Assistant

Support the team during events for the prep pre-event, organisation during the event and post-event.

Assist on sourcing ingredients and necessities for events.

Marketing & social media promotion and communication for studio events, supper clubs and collab projects.

Internship objectives:

Refine communication, social media and marketing skills

Build team work skills

Intern requirements

  • Previous event and/or restaurant experience

  • Art or design based degree level qualification

  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve under pressure

  • English high level written communication skills

  • Able to multitask across several projects

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

  • Industry contacts is a plus

  • Creative & innovative thinker

  • Great teamwork skills

  • Part time & full time opportunities (basic full time internship 40 hours/week for one month, we are also happy to have you work with us on a flexible basis, a few hours/days a week for example)

  • Local & abroad (meetings via Skype etc)

 

Interns will work under the direct supervision of the Creative Director and Founder, Maud de Rohan Willner.

 

We would love you to be working or studying or simply passionate about food, design (product, graphic, architecture, interior, digital), creativity, events, marketing, social media, fine art, small businesses.
