Where do we ship?
We ship to the UK and Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Romania, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Moldova, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Croatia, Bulgaria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Jersey, Malta, Poland, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Republic of Kosovo, Macedonia, Andorra, Albania, Austria, Belarus).

Shipping costs & categories
We've divided all our products into categories for shipping:
Small items - £2 to the UK, £3.95 to Europe
Heavy items - £3.95 to the UK, £4.95 to Europe
Fresh & frozen items will be hand-delivered (for now!), 1-2 days after order is made. We will email you after the order is made to arrange delivery.

If you are ordering multiple items, the item with the highest delivery cost will be the one applied (so you just pay one time).

Shipping times
We’ll aim to process and dispatch your items within 1-2 days (we might be busy at times with an event or running a workshop which is why we need this flexible dispatch time!). Some items are made to order so we will try to get them to you as quick as possible! Shipping should take 1-2 days after dispatch.
How do we ship?
Royal Mail 1st Class or equivalent.
No returns
As these are food items we cannot take returns. If you have a problem with an item you have received, please get in touch and we'll do our best to fix the issue!
